Property & Casualty Producer*
Brown & Brown Insurance-Naples is seeking a
licensed experienced 2-20 producer to generate
new business production through the sale of
commercial property & casualty insurance
products. A clear understanding of property &
casualty insurance coverages and program designs
to fulfill the needs of clients is required.
Must have the ability to manage schedules, set
appointments with prospective clients, analyze
existing exposures and present alternative
insurance solutions. Income potential is
unlimited.
Competencies Required: Ability to take action,
ability to create and break relationships,
excellent verbal and written communication
skills, ability to handle multi task projects,
results oriented, four year college degree,
prior sales experience and a team player. Salary
is negotiable depending upon professional
experience.
